I like the size of the grinder and the fact that it's glass and not plastic. The top is large enough to get a solid grip making the grinding easy to do. Overall size is more compact than the large grinders giving slightly better storage options in limited space. Adjusting the size of the grind is easy and it seems to stay where you set it. I have had pepper grinders in the past that would change the coarseness of grind on their own over time. So far this one has not "self adjusted". It works very well on pepper corns. I have not used it for salt and can't give any information as to how it performs for that purpose. ... show more
