I like the cooling sensation and easy to use. It's sturdy and not cheaply made. I have been using it every other day - with Biotin - and it feels great. I am 51 and getting some lines and my jowls are not 25 anymore, if you know what I mean. No results yet but we'll see!

I bought this for a second time because I accidentally dropped my first one and it shattered into tiny pieces. Otherwise I really like it. I assume it’s not a true stone but that’s the risk of buying from Amazon. It is smooth, glides across the skin well and is refreshing when cold.

I use this in the morning on my face and neck with moisturizer and red light therapy. What I have found is that, using firm but comfortable pressure and motions that follow the contours of the face and neck it wakes your facial muscles and promotes circulation. I have also found that, when I find an uncomfortable pressure point and concentrate on in with the most appropriate part of the gua sha, I can relieve some of the discomfort. This is an excellent tool requiring no electricity and depending only on your efforts and practice. It is smooth and pleasing with no sharp edges. Be careful not to drop it as it can break.
