I had an issue with a damaged dresser. At first I was unable to get through to the company. Or I thought so. About 2 weeks after I contacted them they got back with me and offered to replace the dresser. There was a gouge in the top. Since I had repaired it by then I declined the offer to replace. Without my asking, they offered to refund the amount of the dresser. They credited my charge card. So, I am happy with the outcome and satisfied with the bedroom set. It looks good. ... show more
