Arm rest are not sturdy and come loose very easily. Foot rest is hard to take out and put in. Not worth the money honestly.

Bought this same model off company website, which was not a pleasant experience. The only thing I like about the chair is that it reclines. Otherwise it is not particularly comfortable or cushy. I am already looking for something better, but it will do for now.
