I took a chance and bought another medium with a different design and it was a bit larger than most mediums as well. So as far as fit I don't know what to tell you, just have to take a chance. Seam under the armpit was not sowed and had a hole on delivery. Return required credit card that I am just not comfortable with considering amazon already has my credit card information. I will show the shirt up myself but I wasn't at all happy with the return policy. If your product is jacked up on delivery just replace it. Don't require a credit card when amazon already has your information. I love gruntstyle and the shirt is very nice but it is defective. ... show more

I have 6 different Grunt Style shirts I wear to work and I always get compliments. They even spark some interesting conversations. (My favorite is “STOP WHINING, START DOING” always gets a comment). They do run a bit small, for a nice form fitted look. So buy up a size if you want it loose. A lot of my family served in the military and I’m proud of that fact. This company, from what I’ve read, is mostly employed by veterans and I like that. I love the graphics on the sleeves too. American flag on the right sleeve especially. So you get a good quality shirt, you support our veterans and first responders (by wearing, and by purchasing) and you look great. ... show more

This shirt and the other fitted ones from this seller fit me just perfect, I am a weight lifter and body builder and with big shoulders, traps, lats it makes a great V line showing off my figure. I'm 5'11 265 and just now the arms are getting a bit too tight and it's hard to take off, but for the average guy it's about as perfect as a shirt can be. ... show more

Shirt, as always, fit great. It is a slight bit of a fitted shirt but they usually are. I'm around 44" in the chest and it was more than comfortable to wear. It moves and stretches with your movement and is highly recommended.
