This blend provides excellent conductivity, softness, comfort, and skin-friendliness so you can stay grounded all night long as you sleep. The sheet is King size, measuring 80" x 78" x 15" and can fit an extra deep mattress.
  • HOW TO USE: The Hooga Grounding fitted sheet is very easy to use. Simply spread it out on your mattress like a regular fitted sheet, snap the grounding connection cord onto the metal stud on the side of the sheet, and plug the other end of the cord into the grounding jack of a wall outlet. When any of your skin is in contact, you will then be directly connected to the earth, providing grounding benefits.
  • WASH INSTRUCTIONS: To wash the grounding sheet, we recommend washing it by itself using cold water and a gentle, natural detergent. If possible, tumble dry on low heat setting or hang to dry in order to preserve the life of the silver fiber fabric as long as possible, ensuring conductivity for many nights to come!

Day 3 in. Every night my sleep has been much deeper. I usually only dream vividly when I take ZMA, but I stopped taking that to test the sheet. I'm dreaming vivid every night. I fall asleep faster. It is a hard deep sleep too. It's hard to explain. The bed feels so much more comfortable. My wife expressed the same thing. It actually has been a little negative, because the first 2 nights, it was harder to get out of bed. But, our diet was crap the nights before. I usually toss and turn a little, and get up a couple times to pee. I haven't been tossing and turning, but I still wake up to pee, but half as much (I drink a ton of liquid before bed). It is such a strange experience. The first days after, I was so tired throughout the day, like the sheet drained my soul. My wife felt the same, almost so, that we thought we made a mistake buying it. I told her, our bodies are probably adjusting. This is the 3rd day, and for the first time, I woke up strong and with energy. I'm more relaxed during the day. It definitely works. I'd say it's different for everyone, because I'm experiencing things my wife isn't. Although she is dreaming vividly. The first 2 nights were nightmares, and I had to shake her awake from one because she was screaming. It was funny. We joked how the sheet was a mistake because of the dreams. I'm interested in the long term effects of the sheet. I'm excited about it. ... show more

I would not recommend paying the overly high price for these sheets. As one who struggles with sleep and gave these an honest try, I can tell you they definitely do not work. My guess is that the people who say it does are experiencing more of a placebo effect than anything. The idea that you can "plug in" a set of silver-threaded sheets and you will somehow sleep better is exactly what it sounds like - pure nonsense. For good measure, I also tried sheets and a grounding pad from another company, Grounding Well, which also did not work. Folks, you cannot plug in sheets and sleep better. That's not a thing, or this would have revolutionized the sleep world long ago and everyone and their cousin would be using them. ... show more

I have twin-sized adjustable bed, and the sheets were a tad on the short side. On the upside, this does help them to remain secured to the mattress when the bed deforms. Otherwise quite comfortable.

Really like how I sleep on the grounded sheet but it’s super rough for a sheet and the fit is pretty terrible. We have a pretty thick kin mattress and it ends up looking like this every morning. I’m going to try and find another brand that maybe a better feel and fit
