I have used the smooth gentle floss tape from Grin in the pink package before and what I received in this 3-pack shipment feels like a badly designed early batch. Unlike the design pictured in this link here, the ones I received have the pointed tip, not the flexible pick design. Worst of all, the tension of the floss is very loose. It stretches after flossing just a few teeth, or it snaps, so multiple flossers per session. A waste. Would have returned them but took a pack traveling with me for a month. Warning - These are not the Dental Floss Tape that is advertised. They are the Smooth Gentle Floss that is not the wide tape. It is the standard thin floss. They also do not have the fold-out picker. The end is pointy. Disappointed.

One of the packages (left in the pictures) was exactly what I was expecting. This floss is exactly as described... smooth and gentle. And one will last a full day. The other two were new, or maybe old, I don't know. They look and feel like sewing thread stretched across the pick. NOT smooth. NOT gentle. Not at all. When taking the pictures, I noticed the images on the bags were different, as well. I wish I had noticed that before opening all of them. The "original" floss (the one I thought I was getting) is truly a fantastic flossing tool. Very comfortable to use. This "new' one is terrible, unfortunately. So, my recommendation if you order, pay attention to the pictured pick, compare to my pictures if you want. If you get the one on the left, enjoy. If you get the one on the right, send it back. ... show more
