This worked as advertised - like a charm - the first few times I used it. Get your grill hot, soak the brush, let the steam clean it crystal clear. That's great the first few times. Yes, you can wash it in the dishwasher and it gets the worst of the grease out, but, even with that, you're putting more effort into cleaning and it's less and less effective each time.
