Works just as shown in the video. Had to go through scraping and steam cleaning twice as my grill was a mess. Once I was done the results were outstanding. Only problem is cleaning after use. Watched a you tube video and the guy said his pad was 6 months old and it looked like new. Mine is very dark even after cleaning. Might try the dishwasher ... show more

Soaked the Aramid fiber ‘sponge’ in water, left burners on, rubbed my grills, the steam from the Aramid mesh cleaned them very easily. Need to try it on charcoal grill but assuming it works there the wite and plastic bristle brushes are heading toward trash. Seems very sturdy and well machined. My only issue is the price but I’m not returning it! ... show more
