Update: The seller was quick to reach out to correct the issues addressed. They shipped out the missing wheels and issued a partial refund. Very pleased with the customer service & the rack is working beautifully. I’ve currently got canning jars cooling in it to keep them sterile. This rack will be perfect for my prep needs! Glad I purchased it even with the mishaps at the beginning. Would definitely recommend & buy this rack again, if needed. Original Review: Overall the rack seems well made and like it will work as desired. However, it came missing parts. There were no wheels included in the package. Then, we noticed the bottom rungs of the rack are bent and warped in opposite directions, with one rung bent upwards and the other bent downwards. On top of that the item arrived a day late. Would really love the seller to respond to get this corrected & a replacement sent out since I need this rack ASAP for starting a cottage food home bakery at the end of the month. ... show more
