Lucky for me I have no interest in bath bombs- these are acrylic and so properties are geared toward lightweight, high clarity clamshell forms. This makes them good for many crafts and decoration but because of the thin walls not ideal for physical tasks. As a product design engineer though- I realize the easy way to make these would be to put the injection mold at the center of each hemisphere or form- they instead molded these the hard way and managed a good result- this maintains the clarity throughout. They did this while still maintaining a reliable snap-fit. So kudos for all of that. Finally- mine were delivered with a slice of foam in between each part- another step to maintain unscathed optical surfaces.     • Makes wonderful decorations
I love this product, but some of the large and medium balls com apart too easily. I have to use tape on these items and that is not a good look for my tree. The smaller containers work really well and give a little snap when closed tight.

They work great and my bath bombs come out of it easily. My only complaint is that the molds do crack a little bit easily

I needed to buy the biggest round plastic ornament possible to place a small pine cone in it with a plastic German shepherd dog. We recently lost our own shepherd suddenly. She used to play with pine cones rather than balls. So for the kids I am making special ornament with a pine cone I kept from one of their playing sessions, a plastic resin animal statue and some fake snow. I wasn't sure this was going to work but it worked perfectly. It just barely fits so it is a little snug but that actually works well at keeping it in together without moving. The snow can move freely almost like a glitter shaker statue. It will be a favorite fora long time. This is big enough that it fits perfectly in my just one of my hands. The ball comes apart directly in the middle so you can actually fill both sides of the whole ball. The problem I had was trying to keep the snow in while maneuvering everything. But I am very thankful these were big enough to hold the cone and the 2" small statue. ... show more

    • Pretty but too fragile
These look very nice, and the assortment of shapes and sizes is very useful. This is also a good price for the amount and variety. Just be warned that these are FRAGILE. Several arrived with cracks, and then working with them (especially with children) caused lots of others to crack. If you are looking for molds or decorative capsule ornaments that are sturdy enough to have a long life, these are not for you. ... show more

    • My go to bath bomb molds
I use the hell out of these things to make bath bombs. They do break, but if I try I can easily get many uses out of these. If I'm being rough they crack pretty easily, but theyre so cheap I dont even care. I just order more.

    • Bath Bombs stick to plastic. Breaks on first use
I bought this set and have never been more disappointed with a bath bomb mold set. The plastic connected together nicely, which other brands don’t always do, so I was hoping I finally found a round plastic set that would work for me. Spoiler alert: it didn’t. Out of the six bath bombs I made on my first try with this set: - All six split apart because the lower half stuck to the plastic and didn’t want to come out. - The plastic shattered and broke when I tried to get the stuck halves out for four of the sets. I now only have two functional ones left. - Material is still sticking to the surviving plastic molds. Don’t waste your money like I did. Very disappointed. ... show more

I ordered this set after a different set I ordered came quite damaged and flimsy as well. These were perfect! Sturdy, clean and beautifully packed. Not a single one was broken and each of the varieties were individually packed. I'm really really happy with the product and I highly recommend it.
