Huge box (queen) arrived today, but not too heavy for its size. It comes in two pieces split vertically down the middle. I have a wooden bedroom set from Bob’s, so it looks nice but it’s cheaply made. The horizontal slats have either come loose on one side, don’t all have a stand for support, or are just so cheap you could break them in half over your knee. My mattress is less than a year old so I shouldn’t be in this much pain when I wake up in the morning. I lifted one side of the mattress, slide the board under, then repeated on the opposite side. Fits perfectly. I jumped on my bed and finally realized what my mattress SHOULD have felt like from the beginning. Supportive, and the same level of firmness that I expected when I purchased it. My dogs, 20-25lbs, jumped on the bed and I didn’t realize it because the mattress didn’t bounce up and down slightly like it usually does. So far so good. ... show more

The product is well made and will hide the slates, but I need to add a filler in between the two. The actual measurements are: 59 3/8 wide together, 79 2/8ths long. I have a non boxpring mattress frame, this was order to help give more level to the mattress since the frame had kinda big squares holes. This helped to make the mattress sturdy. The delivery was nice and quick and organized with time.

I really had high hopes based on the reviews that this would be the product that would fix my back issues and unfortunately I quickly realized it wouldn’t so instead of returning them (had I known what I know now, I would have), I gave them to my teenage son to use for his bed (we recently moved across the country and started over so had mattresses and frames but no solid support yet). He only has used them for a solid 2 weeks now and when he went to sit on his bed the other day to put his shoes on, one of the boards busted. Now there is a dip in this spot of his bed. He’s athletic and no where near overweight so the fact this happened is really disappointing. I’m a single mom with zero help and this was a lot of money for me to be out to have something that wouldn’t last. I’ve attempted to reach out to Amazon customer service and because it was delivered 6 weeks ago (we hadn’t tried them until we got back to town a couple weeks later), it’s past the 30 day return window so it’s too bad, so sad. I work very hard/a lot of hours and get no financial or government assistance and live paycheck to paycheck so this hit hurts a little more than it probably would to some.
