The bed arrived in several boxes, very well packaged. No damage to any upholstered parts. It took about 2 hours to assemble by one person. Make sure to adjust the level to all legs as your floors might not be straight before attaching slats to the bed frame. My 12 year old daughter, who selected it as her birthday present is very happy with it. The lounge is very comfortable for her and the slats easily support the weight of the queen size Tempur Pedic mattress. All in all great purchase. Love the headboard. Perfect for reading. Had to make sure mattress would be 11.5 " thick or less because part of it needs to slip under the headboard. Purchased a latex mattress from Plush beds. Very comfortable. Purchased assembly option. The local crew was super nice and very efficient.

Was worried when the bed arrived, the package was damaged in every way, mind you I received this bed earlier than expected, it’s a beautiful solid bed, for the price, and not a single scratch came with mine, I just love the concept and all!!! And it’s worth every money

I was called about delivery the day after I placed the order and the scheduling was pretty easy. Putting the bed together was fine, I would recommend two people, especially when it comes to the slats. The bed itself is very well made, and comes in 3 packages. All of them are heavy (+60lbs), so again don't do it alone. All in all, good bed for a good price. I think it'll last a while. ... show more
