My husband and I ordered these snorkel masks for our trip to Cozumel Mexico. Our first day there we walked right into the water from our resort and instantly saw the most bright, beautiful colored fish to baby barracudas and just the peripheral vision and everything was amazing. Unfortunately I got sick on day three and spent the rest of the trip in my room. My husband went out another day with a friend who used my mask and they saw see turtle starfish and again just beautiful fish amazing coral reef, etc. I was so excited for this trip to Cozumel due to its second largest coral reef in the world and the clearest water in the world but unfortunately my sickness kept me in a room for four days. One day we will go back, but for any other trips, I will definitely take these masks for snorkeling. As far as the mask goes, I said great peripheral vision, easy to breathe in, and if you feel like diving down the ball instantly floats to the top, so no water comes in through the breathing spout, and as soon as you resurface, the ball comes down and you can continue to breathe. No salt water in your mouth no choking on salt water , no removing mask putting back on. It was just so easy and perfect. Fits very firm and of course has an adjustable strap. In preparation for an upcoming snorkeling trip to Mexico, my husband and I went to our local pool & tested 5 masks available on Amazon. All worked great and any one of them would meet our needs. All of them were packaged very nicely, with protective wrap around the mask itself. All came with an attachable camera mount, earplugs, and storage bag. None of them had issues with fog. The differences among them are small and come down to personal preference. Below are my results... My last mask was purchased 10 years ago and has travelled all over the world we me. It finally cracked on a trip to Mexico and I was concerned that I wouldn't like the replacement. I was wrong! This mask is more comfortable, view is great and no leaking. I can't tell the difference in the improved breathing system and in this case, no news is good news. Best of all, the price didn't go up. I had never tried a full face snorkel before. I had always used the mouth piece goggles. I went to Hawaii and we snorkeled quite a bit and I am so glad I got this. It did not leak or fog and I got to see so many fish and ocean life CLEARLY. It made the snorkel experience so much better than using the other style snorkel. I had no problem breathing with it and it really made the experience so much better. I wish I would have used this on previous trips!
