The grey color is very appealing, as pic’d. The weave has a bit of soft scrubby feel to it that makes you think you are getting really clean, bye bye dead skin. They are a nice medium/high density, so feels luxurious. Good size. I will probably buy the towels, hand and bath as the price, style, functionality are top notch. I would have liked it if they were a little thinner because it takes about 7-8 hours to dry out after use, thoroughly wrung and hung, which is a really long time. But I really like and am happy with looks and use. By the way, one cloth had a frayed edge. I pic’d and sent to seller, they sent me UPS return label and new towels, when the new ones came in, I washed 2 (to make sure at least one would replace my frayed one), then boxed the unused and frayed in the new box, slapped on the label and UPS picked up, I didn’t have to do any real effort to get the replacement done. These washcloths are of a good, sturdy thickness. . . They have remained color fast. . . . The texture is medium. . . Not too soft and not too ruff. . . Just right. . . After 6 months only one of them is unraveling. . . The defect is two inches by 3/4 inches at the outter edge. . . Some the towels have come apart after washing, also the faded in certain areas. I have sent over four emails to the company. I still have not received a email, back to answer my concerns, We are a four star Spa and order these towels because of the reviews. So disappointed in their costumer service

I love these towels. I own a small resort and use them in each cabin/cottage. They are very absorbent yet they dry fast. I can dry an entire load on quick dry... 30 mins. I also roll the towels like a spa would and they look great. I have mostly white and they clean up well. I use bleach, Oxy-Clean and Zout and these towels still look brand new. I just purchased the gray and really like the color. Looking forward to hearing the reviews on the gray towels from my guests.
