This is a great rug, and looks exactly like the picture. I purchased the 4x4 size for my baby’s nursery and the only reason I took off one star is because of 2 reasons. 1. The rug comes vacuum sealed in a tiny square like the size of a book, so it is very wrinkly when opened. 2. The smell of this rug is such a strong paint/chemical smell that I couldn’t even put it in his room yet. It’s currently in our garage because I’m trying to let it air out.     • Smelly and thin... BUT

I read the reviews about how it smelled of chemicals when taking it out of the bag and also about how it looked very deformed and creased, and well, I ended up encountering all of that. HOWEVER, all of that is really simple to fix! It was a lot thinner than I thought it would be, which makes it really easy to crease up. Here's what I did to fix all of the above: I took it out and put it in the dryer with 4 dryer sheets for about 40 mins (this made the carpet smell a lot better and fluff up a lot more! However, the chemical smell was still kind of there and so were the creases). After that, I went and hung it up outside on a clothes line which helped so much with both smell and creases. If you don't have a clothes line, you can hang it over a fence or anywhere else! It is a great carpet for the price - I have yet to use it as I haven't moved into my apartment yet, but it really is super soft and has great potential! You just gotta put a little bit of work in prior :) it's no longer deformed or creased and smells wonderful and I can't wait to decorate around the color of it for my room in my new place! ... show more

It came a little wrinkled in the packaging… literally. like someone crumbled up paper lol But it’s cute! Bought this for my sons room and it works for what we need. We bought the white and it is very fluffy. The only downside is that it is not vacuum friendly. Tried vacuuming it the other day and it was damn near impossible.

I love this rug! It gives my kids a comfy place to enjoy playing. I had previously bought one of these so I knew what to expect. It takes a day or two for the rug to puff up and lose the creases, but when it does you will see how amazing it is. Pros: It's super soft as advertised. I bought the gray, the color is great. It comes shrink wrapped but it has eventually laid flat, give it time. Dog has thrown up on it twice, very easy to clean up! Cons: My rug is not cut into a perfect rectangle though - I was securing all four corners with carpet tape (On to laminate flooring) and you can tell it's not cut right which gives it a perpetual ripple. In my case the wonky corner is under an ottoman so it's fine, but if not for that ottoman you'd definitely notice something was wrong. ... show more
