My storage closet (the one where I hide all the random junk that does not fit anywhere else) just had one shelf. I used these granny shelves to organize the space. Since these are hanging, I can still use the floor to stack large and heavy items, thus optimizing the full vertical space in closets. They can hold small midsized objects easily.
