The chairs are super sturdy and SO SO comfortable!!! I wish the table was a little bigger but overall a beautiful and comfortable patio set. I didn't assemble it, my husband did, but it did look like a hassle to assemble.

We love the look and quality of the table and chairs. Unfortunately one of the chairs we were sent has an internal defect. When you sit in it and lean back it makes a loud snapping sound. Something is detached inside one of the side assemblies. Another of the chairs has the classy looking "Grand Patio" label tag woven into the rattan material upside down. Minor cosmetic issue, but seriously!? C'mon man!!! That's your mark of quality and you install it upside down! When I first went through the packaging, I took comfort in the nice note they included that assured me Grand Patio was there to help me if there were any problems--just reach out to them via their website. Thinking that I would easily resolve these product issues, I went to grandpatio.com, only to find out that the website is not set up! I then Googled the company to try and find a phone number. No luck there. Apparently I'm on my own now that I've assembled everything and the chances of getting the parts back in the box are slim to none. Can't help but feel that I've been duped. Grand Patio has a nice concept going, but their customer service execution and attention to detail are woefully lacking. Pretty disappointing for $800.00. ... show more

I love, love, love my patio set!! My boyfriend and I put it together and it was easy to assemble. The pieces are rather heavy so it is better to have another person helping. This is just part of my patio make over. Next, I will be having indoor/outdoor carpet installed.

table is shorter than anticipated but works well for a smaller patio space. fits 6 chairs well. we ordered peacock blue chairs and got 4 blue and 2 khaki cushions. reasonably comfortable. was able to build alone. the chairs are not difficult to build, just tedious.

I just wish it came with a cap for the umbrella hole as I’ll be using this set in my indoor porch. I measured the hole and ordered a cap from Amazon, but it doesn’t fit. Now I’m playing a guessing game.
