Pro’s: ~Moderately assembly ~Solid metal frame ~Comfortable seat cushion for meals ~Tight woven all weather wicker ~Adjustable back lets to prevent wobble Con’s: ~One of my arm rests came dented ~One of the two chairs wicker was coming undone out of the box ~No back cushion ~Not very comfortable for long lounging I have recently started a backyard remodel and I'm looking for a new set of furniture to go with it. Patio furniture can be extremely expensive so I’m looking for as much budget to quality as I can. The Grand Patio outdoor dining chairs drew my attention because I liked the brown wicker design and the metal frame. The purpose of these chairs in my yard will be to sit in front of a wicker fire table so I wanted some thing lower as opposed to high chairs and something that would be comfortable for extended periods of time. Out of Box: The chairs came in five pieces each including the cushion. The cushions were individually wrapped, all four armrests were bundled together tightly wrapped with foam and plastic, and the other couple pieces were wrapped in plastic. One of my chair’s armrests came with a dent and scratch and the wicker on the bottom of the other chair is starting to come undone in one place. Assembly: Assembling the two chairs took about an hour total. I assembled them solo and found it to be of moderate difficulty. The instructions are pretty clear although the last step confused confused me a bit because there was a plastic piece on the screw hole that was the same color as the frame so I didn’t know it had to be removed first. This is very difficult to describe but know that the final step requires you to remove a plastic piece from the chair to reveal the loop needed for screwing together the last step. When the assembly is finished, if needed there are two rubber feet on the back legs that can be unscrewed or screwed together to balance the chair. Comfort: The chairs are pretty comfortable although would be better with a back cushion. This will not hinder the review since I knew going into the purchase these chairs did not have back cushions. The cushions do provide padding for a short while but sitting for a few hours can get a little bit uncomfortable. Comfort for these chairs will be a bit personal as everyone has a different body shape and some may find it more comfortable than others. The cushions appear to be a pretty standard size and can likely be replaced with a different pair if desired. For the price I think these are a very good deal. When shopping at local furniture stores, most of these kinds of chairs are priced at $650 per chair. Conclusion: At the time of writing this review the Grand Patio outdoor dining chairs are $350. Comparing to local competitors, this is $300 less and very much worth the value. Given that these are dining chairs, I imagine their purpose is to sit and eat as opposed to lounge for hours. I was a little disappointed about the dent in the armrest and the wicker coming apart which shows quality control could be improved. If you are looking for long term lounge chairs, you may want to look elsewhere, but if you were looking for a nice accent piece for your yard and comfortable dining set, the grand patio outdoor chairs are a good option. ... show more

These chairs are far more stable, solid, and sturdy than nearly all yard chairs I've purchased previously. They're heavy, but in a good way. These won't move around easily when you sit on them. They won't get blown around easily by the wind. These chairs are comfortable and wide and will accommodate larger people. The chairs are easy to assemble, and everything you need (including Allen wrench) is included in the box. I was actually quite surprised that they fit two such large chairs into one medium-sized box. I initially thought there was a mistake, but sure enough, the chairs come together nicely. These are HIGHLY recommended. ... show more

These chairs are amazing! They only took 1 person about 1 hour to assemble both of them. They are very sturdy and look awesome. I put them on my small back porch with an outdoor table in between them and I just love going out there now to relax. These chairs get an A+ from me! :)
