This is the perfect travel car seat as its lightweight design easily transfers from car to car, and it is certified for aircraft use to help keep your child safe while flying. It easily grows with your child with the Simply Safe Adjust™ harness system, which allows the headrest and harness to adjust together in one motion. The included LATCH and easy-to-read level indicator help make installation easier. This car seat conveniently features a removable, dishwasher-safe cup holder, a machine-washable seat pad, and 2 recline positions for ease of use. Small for fit in middle seat. Sits alittle more layer back when rear facing. Not enough adjustments for a 5 star but worth the price. Other down side is the sub par mounting strap to clip into the car.

It's definitely affordable, and great quality for the price. The seat I received is 1.5 years old however, which is kind of a bummer since car seats don't have a long lifeline as is. I tend to renew every couple of years ANYWAYS as my kids are ever growing and tend to be a bit hard on them, but for someone who's looking for a longer lifespan, that 1.5 years makes a difference. The seat itself is great, and my daughter absolutely loves it, and climbed in with no issues so I could get her adjusted. So far, she seems comfortable and happy, and that makes me happy. We bought this before an international trip since my son recently outgrew his Doona. I first tried using the latch setup rear facing and it was impossible to tighten. I gave up. And I’ve installed at least 4 or 5 other types of car seats before. Once we switched to the seat belt it was better. I do wish there was something on the sides to hold the straps between use. Every time I sit my son down I have to dig them out from under him. Otherwise it was a great seat, not too heavy to lug around the airport, and made it safe and sound both ways gate checked in a bag. ... show more
