The media could not be loaded. Fooled again by Amazon product, this crap is written in Chinese and it doesn't come with a Sims card, the app you have to download is in Chinese and my phone doesn't work with it, save your money!!

Does not come in English/America... when i logged in to use it had me in Russia and i couldnt get it to change. Instruction book was in another language as well. Not a good purchase. Sent it back
