I recently completed the build of the 20x12 version of this gazebo, and I wanted to share some key takeaways from the experience: 1. **Ease of Construction**: You can build about 95% of this gazebo by yourself. The only time I needed help was when connecting the 20ft beam to the side of the gazebo. The instructions were mostly clear and manageable for a solo build. 2. **Pre-Assembly Convenience**: I was able to assemble about 70% of the structure in my garage, which was a huge plus. This allowed me to avoid the heat and keep my lawn from getting damaged by scattered parts. 3. **Shipping Issues**: Shipping was a bit of a hassle. The boxes arrived on different days over a span of about two weeks, and one box was damaged. This resulted in another week's delay to receive the last box. However, customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process. 4. **Assembly Challenges**: I encountered an issue with two of the roof slats not lining up with the screw holes. I had to drill my own hole to attach the bolt, which was a bit frustrating but manageable. 5. **Instruction Manual**: Some of the instructions could use improvement. Towards the end, I had to carefully plan some steps to ensure I could access all screws. One step would have required a bucket lift to reach the screw, which was not feasible. 6. **Finished Product**: The final build is fantastic. It's spacious, the colors are beautiful, and the curtains add a nice touch. My family loves it, and I highly recommend this gazebo. Overall, despite a few hiccups, the gazebo is a great addition to our outdoor space, and the effort was well worth it. ... show more

This is easily the most carefully packaged product I have ever received. It arrived in 5 large and heavy boxes. Have a dolly or some help on hand to get these where you need them. The packages were built to take care of the contents and they did their jobs well. All parts are very well labeled and easy to find. Hardware was great. Plenty of spares if you do need some. Instructions were great. Easy to follow and easy to assemble. I did this project on my own for the most part. I had one person help me put the frame up to assemble and to hold the upper vent roof to assemble. So, aside from that 30 minutes of help I put the rest together on my own. It wasn’t difficult but it was time consuming. I spent the whole weekend doing it. But it is very possible to do it on your own save for the two instances I mentioned. Satisfying purchase. If you’re looking for a great deal and high quality this is the one. I put this together over 2 days mostly by myself. Curtains are high quality. The leftover packaging pile is enormous, but not one piece was damaged or missing.

I will follow up with a review if it leaks but I am so glad I chose this. Instructions were easily understood and correct. It took a friend less than two days to put it together. It just needed a pair of hands to hold up heavy parts. I had a little hitch which I believe was from delivery but they took care of it without hassle. The packaging was also perfect. The packages all were delivered on same day, packed nice and tight! Only 1 panel for roof was slightly damaged but it was just a dent. Took 2 full days for 3 people to install, but once it was up. Gazebo is sturdy and made well. Only had one small issue with one of the bolts for the corner beam- the hole was stripped and we could not get the bolt in, however it was a 4 bolt set up and the 3 will hold just fine. It has not rained since we installed it, so fingers crossed that it doesn’t leak. All in all I’m very satisfied ... show more
