This is a lovely washcloth, an absolutely beautiful color and great to use. It's about a step down from most spa exfoliating gloves, so it's comfortable enough to use daily. It's also not as exfoliating, but it's definitely better than a regular washcloth or loofah. It's so long, you can easily use it to scrub your back, but also compresses well so you can hold it in one hand and use it like a really nice loofah. My legs and feet love it! I do not recommend using it on your face. It's definitely too rough. Wash your face with your hands and preferred soap. I like CeraVe, myself. It does wash well in the washing machine. I put it in a mesh bag just in case and I air dry it. We have high humidity so it's safer to sanitize weekly in the washer than to only rely on washing it after my showers. Nobody wants a moldy washcloth, I promise. The texture of this cloth is nice and open and air dries well, so it stays fresh much longer than our towels. Ever since I have been using this scrubber my skin has been so smooth. It can be a little abrasive at first if you have sensitive skin so I wouldn't scrub really hard. The color looks exactly like picture even after using for a long time. It definitely does the job of exfoliating well. It is high quality so I feel it will last a while as I use it daily.     • Excellent exfoliation for ingrown hairs!

I suffer from near lifelong ingrown hairs all over my arms and legs… I’ve tried everything to control them from intense waxing and tweezing them out several times a week to various exfoliating products—including using one of the rough green household scrubbers in lieu of a washcloth… Nothing has worked so well as this product. I am down to the occasional new ingrown hair or two weekly versus just living with dozens coming and going constantly. Regular “hot spots” that seem to always become ingrown are behaving themselves for longer and longer. It’s amazing. As if that wasn’t awesome enough, my skin is softer and smoother with continued use. As for the product itself, it’s not very harsh in my opinion. It’s honestly pretty mild compared to other things I’ve tried, but it’s no rougher than any other exfoliation cloth. It completely prevents the peeling skin effect you sometimes get while toweling off after inadequate scrubbing. It holds a great amount of soap and works into a spectacular lather. I always rinse it out very well and hang it to dry, so it hasn’t gotten any odors and arrived with no real initial smell that I recall. Do make sure to soak it well so it softens before each use—I drop mine on the bottom of my shower while the water heats up for 1-2 minutes and never had any issues. In my attempt to stop using regular loofah’s, I came across this guy. WOW! One week and I’m in love. I barely need to use any body wash for the most insane lather. It exfoliates so nice that my skin has been the softest it’s been post shower/lotion. I can reach my back which is a HUGE plus for me and areas that always seem a little dry/itchy are no longer. I got a goshi about a month ago and I will never tire of my fiancé telling me how soft and smooth my back is since I started using it. The quality of this exfoliating cloth is nothing like I’ve used in a shower before and it makes me feel super clean. Definitely sloughs off dead skins cells and sweat better than anything I’ve ever used before too. I love that it is long enough to do a sort of genie from Aladdin around your back to get those really hard to reach areas that wouldn’t be possible with a bar of soap or your basic loofa.
