This was my son’s birthday gift, and he was excited to use it on our first trip to the lake this summer. Unfortunately, his very first time in the water with it, the tether strap started to unravel within minutes. I was able to knot what was left of it to the wrist piece so he could still use it, but I definitely wasn’t impressed with the poor quality of the strap that it did not even withstand a few minutes of gentle use (this was at Lake Michigan on a mildly wavy day). **Edited** Customer service responded promptly after I contacted them. They did not have the part in stock, but reimbursed me the cost to order a new tether leash from Amazon. I’m satisfied that they did their best to resolve the problem, and am adding two more stars to my rating. ... show more

These boogie boards are perfect!! They have a slick bottom which makes them easy to use!! My older kids have these already, so I bought one for my younger son. Unfortunately the box came damaged so the product was damaged as well. Customer service was helpful and quick to resolve the problem!! I purchased the 41inch board, it however is very small for a board meant for an adult. The board itself is okay, but the lanyard is absolute trash. We went to the beach and were all adults. None of us could get the strap to fit well around our wrists. It is a simply nylon cord, no give or elastic to it and it is very short.
