I bought a 4-pack and 3 of the jars had broken foil that is supposed to be sealed. This was happening a lot with the paper seals they used to use, but the foil seals seemed to be doing better... until now. These are non-refundable, non-returnable, so I'm stuck paying for 3 jars that will go in the trash. I had these on auto-ship, but if I can't trust them to be sealed when they arrive, then I'll buy them somewhere else where I can check the jar before I purchase it. After some research for alternative to Nutella I bought this a couple months ago. A few people complained about the container leaking during the shipment. We did not have any issues the first time ordering it. My wife and I liked the taste and thought it was a great alternative to Nutella since it does not have added sugar. I ordered 2 containers and this time one leaked (see photos) and the other has a damaged seal when I opened it. I contacted Amazon, they would not replace it but gave me a refund. I bought it out of Menards and I saw it here on Amazon. I’m waiting on my package to arrive today. This taste is great. Especially if you’re on keto and you want just a little taste of something sweet but no sugar I take a spoonful of this. Yum.

The chocolate spread came damaged. The lid was off and the safety seal was broken. Chocolate was all over inside of the box. I would like a replacement since my order was damaged. Edited: although this was a food item and not returnable the Good Good Company is taking care of a replacement. They have excellent customer service!
