  • Ouch Pouch
Color: Tan
This is a very nice med pouch. A good size for chest rig or plate carrier. Material is very nice and durable. Plenty of room inside to pack a lot of supplies in. The molle straps are easy to work with and hold. The velco backing is strong, but it will allow you to rip/pull it off if needed. You can also use it for any supply carrier, it doesn't have to be a med pouch. Highly recommend. ... show more

  • Excellent First Aid Bag - 1.5 Years Later
Color: Black
This bag is so great. I built a first aid kit with tons of stuff, so much stuff that I can't really organize it well inside, but that's OK because the whole thing zips and a half so you can easily find what you need in an emergency and then just pack it all back in, so much better than trying to give you every possible pocket and nook and cranny to organize everything to some specific standard, like most other bags do. It has enough pockets to separate things in the categories, and then you are left with copious space in the middle to just kind of pile extra volume of things in there. we've taken this thing backpacking for multiple days, multiple times, hiking, road trips, all over the place, I just throw it around, when I'm backpacking I hook it onto the outside of my backpack (the molle compatable straps + the clip make it impossible to accidentally drop, but I also use a carabiner to connect one of the little plastic loops on it to something on my bag). This thing is honestly the best bang for your buck out of anything in the backpacking/prepper/first aid/etc. category. If you want a decent list of things to get: I keep, in ours, a 6 inch hemostatic (blood stop) gauze, blood stop Curad bandages, various sizes of regular Band-Aids, Neosporin, scissors, a scalpel, sutures, numbing powder that can be mixed with water and applied to a wound in an emergency surgery situation, or to your gums in the event of tooth pain, Halo seals, tourniquet, gloves, medical tape, body glide (for chafing), Charco charcoal caps (in case if ingested poison), burn shield burn care dressing, Benadryl, acetaminophen, ibuprofen, after bite tweezers, Zyrtec, DayQuil, Alka-Seltzer, Bleed stop powder, Chapstick, BZK antiseptic wipes, single purell hand sanitizer gels, toothache eugenol, etc. (all of the medicine stuff individually wrapped btw). ... show more

  • Holds the right amount for me, but could use some improvements
Color: Red
I mounted this rip-away pouch on my rifle case's exterior. The Velcro mounting panel itself takes up 3 columns and 6 rows on a Molle panel. The pouch itself holds all of the SHTF supplies for critical injuries that I usually pack for the range. I felt like I used *just* about all of the pouch's volume without feeling like the zipper or the seams were even close to busting open. All of the slip pockets and elastic bands keep things nicely organized so you don't yard sale all of the contents whenever you open the pouch. I was able to fit all of the following: - trauma shears - tourniquets (Qty: 2) - chest seals (Qty: 2) - QuikClot 3" x 4' gauze (Qty: 2) - Z-fold gauze (Qty: 2) - roller gauze, large - roller gauze, small - band-aids (not pictured, in zippered pouch) - Sharpie (not pictured) - gloves (not pictured) Now for the improvements that I'd like to see in future versions... There's a strap with Velcro at the top of the pouch's exterior. Maybe I missed it somewhere, but I don't know what it was designed for; zipper pull cover? I don't feel like the zipper pulls are in any danger of accidentally getting pulled open. I also can't think of any item that I would secure with the strap and not worry about it getting lost. I'll probably end up just cutting it off. The other improvement I'd like to see is better placement for the female buckle for the strap that secures the pouch to the panel. Once the pouch is filled with supplies and you secure it with the strap, the buckle ends up angled right on the edge of the pouch just like how the photo shows. This makes the buckle stick out and could snag on various objects. I'd modify the length of the female buckle's strap so it's either directly on top of the pouch (the friction bar on the male end may not work that well in this position due to the sharp angle) or on the face of the pouch. That should greatly decrease the snag hazard. Even with those minor complaints I'd still recommend this pouch. The material and workmanship are decent. Hopefully someone from the company reads this review and considers my improvements. ... show more

  • Works great
Color: Tan
Well I got to tell you I'm on a lot of different meds which leaves you in one of them situations where you got a bag full of these medication bottles and I was thinking to myself there's got to be a way that I can organize this so it makes getting into thim not only easy but you know an orderly mind is easy to deal with than a mindful of chaos and I thought that would work great with this bag in my meds which it does it's thick enough that it'll hold the bigger bottles you know the ones that they give you for three months Etc and it also has places for your medication that may come in individual packets etc the velcro and Molly system or spot on I have government issue equipment and it blends right with it and it's as well made in my opinion as the stuff that Uncle Sam was giving me so I got to say good on you for the quality and function of this larger med bag or EMT bag whatever they're calling them I call it a life simplifier works great for me and I love the velcro backing I have it attached to a bag that goes on my wheelchair and then when I need my meds you know I just pull it loose and there it is so I hope this helps if I had to have another one I would not hesitate to go to the same folks it came on time it was in great shape and I saw no manufacturer defects of any kind the last one I bought was a smaller one and I used it for 4 years before the med quantity outgrew the bag size anyway thank you once again I hope this helps anyone that reads it ... show more

  • Perfect for my glucose testing supply kit.
Color: Tan
I needed a bag that would fit my diabetes supplies that fit on my go bag. This was perfect. Just the right size. All the gizmos and gadgets fit snug under the fasteners. The Velcro and wraps on the outside attached to my pack perfectly and securely. Very satisfied.
