Full Disclosure: I received this product at no cost for evaluation through Amazon Vine program. Well, it is a polish, it is just that I am not sure why golf clubs need a different polish than any other metal polish. The only way to remove scratches in metal is to use a rubbing compound in the polish, which is essentially sandpaper in a case or cream. I'm not sure how much rubbing compound there is in this polish, or what the grit is (fine vs coarse), but you can see what a treatment did between the 1st and 3rd pic in this review. If you need a polish and do not have one, this will work. Otherwise, you could just use a car polish, or other metal polish. ... show more

I like this golf club polish - it's easy to use, has a good thick consistency, does a good job protecting heads from future damage/scratches and is a pretty good cleaner. I have to admit that I use & abuse my clubs and I think I've cleaned them like twice in 15 years, so they are pretty rough (not that I play very often anymore). This polish will not completely restore that much build up to brand new, but they do look a heck of a lot better (& work better!)! I wish it came with some brushes & a towel/rag but by itself, it works well. I recommend. ... show more

I scrubbed and cleaned all of my irons then I applied a good amount of this club polish to my iron and worked it in for about 8 minutes with a microfiber towel. I then wiped all of the polish off and buffed the iron with a clean microfiber towel in a circular motion for about two minutes. After putting all that work into polishing just one club I was shocked and couldn't believe what I was seeing . . . . . Absolutely no difference. The club looked exactly the same as it did before I polished it. I was determined to get at least one of my irons to shine!! I whipped out my electric orbital polisher with my waffle foam pad and finished it with a wool polishing pad. I then achieved a polished, shiny iron where I could visibly tell a difference from the non polished irons. Do I think all of this work was worth the result? -No, I only ended up polishing 2 out of my 9 irons because it was not worth it. Can you achieve a polished and shiny iron by hand? -I doubt it and you wouldn't want to do multiple clubs by hand. Would I buy more of this club polish? -Nope! I do not have rust on any of my clubs but I highly doubt this polish would remove rust. Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful! ... show more

This stuff works quite well. I'm not sure if it removes rust because my clubs don't have any rust. I can't even remember having golf clubs that would rust. It is good at cleaning my clubs though. My last bottle of golf club polish lasted 20+ years so I have a feeling I'll own this one for a while before I run out. ... show more
