I purchased these stool and paid 100.00 extra for shipping because they look amazing and advertise high quality after-sales service. Local warehouse, reliable logistics team & profession customer service. All of this is not true just like there advertisement. The chair is rated for 300lbs but it won't stay up and keeps drifting down. It is advertised High density foam cushion but has none. It is hard as a rock you can see me pushing down on it and no cushion at all. The worst thing is that it is so wobbly that when you go to get on it it wopples and is top heavy making it easy to tip over. Customer service is a joke they sent me a return label with no postage no carrier then state if I can't use label I have to pay for return postage. Amazon return policy for 3rd party require prepaid label. I have had no more contact from seller since requesting prepaid label for return. ... show more
