This has been with my puppy since she was 8weeks old. She loves it. It started out as her security blanket and has turned into her favorite toy. It’s not 100% chew proof, but honestly nothing is. She’s put a few very small holes, but she’s now almost 5 months old. The girl is going through teething and it’s still in one piece!! My favorite part of this is that it doesn’t have stuffing where it counts the most. The body. This gives me peace of mind, if she decides to tear it apart one day (which I doubt), she’s not going to choke on the fluff. We did buy her the smaller toys like the piggy and the lamb, they were obviously too small for her because she’s a medium size dog and she was able to remove some pieces. So we took them away once we noticed, because she got bigger. Size is important, if you want the toy to last your dog a while. However, we got our foster 5 week puppy a tiny lamb and a tiny flying pig because she has no way of destroying them 😂. Hope this helps, these toys are amazing! ... show more

These toys are very durable and it’s difficult to chew through the fabric. They last significantly longer than other plush toys for my large dogs. That said NOTHING is 100% chew proof, at least not any soft material. The fabric itself is as close as it could be. The seams are the weak spot and my boxer mix was amazing at finding and exploiting a weak spot. Once the seams were broken, I love that there is not much fluff to have to clean up. The squeakers and fluff can be removed and my dogs will play tug with the cloth. My GSD mix is much less intent to destroy, so the toys I bought after my boxer mix passed away earlier this year are still completely intact. I wish they were “officially” machine washable but otherwise godog dragons, dinosaurs, and other stuffed toys are perfect. ... show more

I love this stuffy. Our puppy is a heavy chewer. This is one of the few dog stuffies she has not torn apart or ripped into pieces. She loves it- the ways she can fling it around, play tug of war with our other dog and she sleeps with in in her crate (has three of go-dog stuffies she sleeps with !

My little Sweetpea nurse’s this like it is his mother. He loves it, and we have to take it with us every where we go. He is a chewer but he won’t even try to chew this toy up, so I can’t really say if it stands up to chewing.

The dragon is fun and has bumps and ridges that add texture to the toy and I’m sure dogs appreciate that. Bonus that there’s a squeaker inside! I wouldn’t buy this for teething, just wet a towel with water and freeze it. No toy is chew proof but our dog has definitely loved this brand of toys (as you can see in the photos). We bought this in July and we’ve had to cut off certain parts of the toy to prevent our pup from ingesting it but we’d definitely buy this again. ... show more

I bought this toy for a German Shepherd-Husky mix in 2021. Over a year later, she still LOVES her purple dragon and it’s still in one piece. Despite many tug matches and catch games, the dragon LIVES on. She sleeps with her dragon (aww). The two favorite toys are her broken (rancid) tennis ball and the dragon. (Trust me: she has many tennis balls.) She has had many stuff animal toys, but those have been ripped apart and discarded.
