I must say, I was very skeptical about purchasing. However, it was definitely worth it!!! It was super easy to put away. I was kind of scared because it came in 3 boxes, I just couldn’t picture that couch in 3 boxes. But guess what it was. So don’t be alarmed if you only get 3 packages (I was) the pillows and cushions are all vacuum sealed to perfection. One thing I dislike is that it sits pretty low. But I’m short so it’s fine. The build is pretty sturdy and comfortable. I got it in the beige color which I love!! I haven’t had to clean it yet (fingers crossed) . The seller was very prompt, and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Which I greatly appreciated. The only thing I would change is to have the couch to sit up a little higher. I ordered this couch after months of looking. For the price - it is amazing. It’s comfier than my father in laws new couch at about half of the price. It’s seems sturdy - I will update my review in a few months if time tells otherwise. It put my boyfriend about an hour to assemble it. The color and material on the couch is nice but the backs are thin wafer like pads held on by (2) bolts each. The couch is very low to the floor. The back pillows are tiny little thin pillows. My husband sinks to the floor when he sits on it. I am afraid my son who is 6’2” and son in law who usually fall asleep on the couch after Thanksgiving dinner usually sleep on the couch will not even fit on the couch. This sectional is like a glorious dog bed. It is NOT a solid heavy duty couch like all other couches. Very embarrassing for when I have people over. I cant believe Amazon is allowing this couch to be sold. This company is selling the couch cheaply with a high shipping charge so if you want to return it you wont get the shipping money you paid back and they force you to pay for shipping again. This pays the seller for the couch and you are out. There should be thick cushions on the back but there isn't. I cant return this couch because I wont get the shipping I paid to deliver it back and I will have to pay for shipping to return which will come out to over $1,000 per box and I have 6 boxes which pays the seller for the couch. Not worth it.. Use your money toward a quality made real couch. The two ends are short and not really long enough and I am 5’5”. The only thing I like about the sectional is the color and the material. Everything else I have failed. Thank agod Amazon refunded me back for the product and the almost $300 in shipping. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. For the price this is an excellent couch. Closer to the ground then I thought, but ended up working out perfectly. It's very comfy I have back problems and actually sleep on this couch more then my bed. Pro tip: you can push the two chase lounges together to make a big square love seat/ bed. There are little strings that come loose on the fabric of the couch.But that's not a deal breaker for me, and I can just cut them off with scissors, and it looks just fine still. I also have 2 large rambunctious dogs, so if you don't have those the strings on the couch probably will stay in place better. Overall, the couch is a good deal for the price. It was fairly simple to assemble. It took me about an hour and a half to assemble by myself…with my cat supervising, of course. It would’ve only taken me an hour but the armrest cushions attach by zippers and it was difficult to line them up. Plus, the instructions were backwards on the armrest cushion installation instructions. As far as comfort, I give it an 8 out of 10. It’s certainly more comfy than any other couch I’ve owned. One more thing…the couch sits VERY low to the ground. The legs are only 2” tall. I just ordered 8” legs on Amazon. Hoping they are universal and fit. If so, that solves that problem (for only $100 more). ... show more

Very easy to put together, comes in 3 sections. I love the color even though it is more white than it is beige. The couch is small. Not that high off the ground and the back is short. It was easy to assemble, and very soft definitely worth the money! It is the perfect size for my living room! Great stability it is a little low but I’m 5’2. It also looks really good! And functions how it’s supposed to. The seller was also very great and had quick responses.
