I was taking a glucosamine supplement for a few years. I quit taking it, just another pill to have to swallow, and after a couple weeks I started hurting pretty bad. I found these gummies and thought the idea of chewing a piece of candy in place of taking a pill would be worth a try. They do seem to help, after a month I'm not in as much pain and they taste great. A little hard to chew at first, especially with dentures. But I found that if you just let them kinda "melt in your mouth" first, they are quite a bit easier to chew. ... show more

This works amazingly! My doctor told me to give joint supplements time to ‘build’ in the body before I’d see results. And he was right. When I was near the end of my first bottle the pain in my hand at night started decreasing drastically! I’ve finished the first bottle and I have no to very little cramping and pain in my finger joints at night when it’s the worse and basically none in the day time. The bottle stated 2 gummies twice a day which isn’t a month supply, confusing, but I decided to do that for the first couple of weeks then reduce to 2 gummies a day. That worked great for me I would take two in the morning and two before bed and I did that for about two weeks then just took two a day. I highly recommend this product and will continue to be using this for years to come. Also taste DELICIOUS!! Want to eat the whole bottle in one sitting ! Lol! ... show more

I would like to say that these helped with my knee pain and diminishing. The cracking sounds that my knees developed after an overuse injury. The gummies, however, are very dense and dry and take a lot to chew. They get stuck to your teeth and it's honestly like a workout in itself to be sure that they not sticking to your teeth ... show more

These are great in flavor. It's hard to find glucosamine gummies with enough glucosamine to make it worthwhile. HOWEVER....these stick horribly to your teeth! Half of the gummy gets stuck in my molars and I either have to use my finger to dig it out (gross!) or brush my teeth. It is quite literally the worst gummy product (vitamin, candy, or otherwise) I've ever had because of this. I tried putting them in the fridge for 10 minutes or so but no luck. I chew maybe once or twice before gulping it down with a drink. Any more than that and I'll have the gummy glued to my teeth. A shame, really. Because the taste so darn good! But I won't be ordering more. Update: Unfortunately, these are the only glucosamine gummies I have found that have effective dosage of glucosamine. Other gummies have a laughably small amount (100-200mg) so I have continued to purchase these. Instead of chewing, I treat them like a jolly rancher for a few moments before swallowing. I do feel like they are effective — I've noticed less pain in my back since starting them a month ago. I only take them once daily. ... show more
