I have been using this for the last 6 months and can definitely notice a difference in my knee joints. Less pain after long yard work sessions. Less pain from long term kneeling. Knee feels like it has increases mobility with less crunching noises. Doc said that this supplement is hit or miss but worth a try. I ran out of it for 2 weeks and within 3 days I noticed decrease ability to kneel, I had purchased a different brand that had more ingredients but it was not as good, came back to this one. I hate to swallow pills so I open the capsule and pour the contents over my eggs in the morning. Since it is flavorless there is no issue. I will definitely keep buying this product. ... show more

    • almost miraculous, it changed my husband's life
I really want to share this because I am so grateful for this supplement. My husband (56 years old) had pain in his knees so intense that he had started using a band with metal support on the sides because if he used it he couldn't walk, he needed support, but since he started taking this brand he has improved in less than 10 days. He took 4 tablets, 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, after a month he reduced it to 1 tablet in the morning and another in the afternoon. I must clarify that he used the previous presentation of 1500 and 1200. Unfortunately that presentation is out of stock and now we only have 1100, but I still suggest that he is fine and now he takes the recommended dose of 3 a day. We have already bought it 9 times. Good luck and I know that this review will help many people as it helped me who no longer knew what to do when I saw my husband desperate because of so much pain from walking so much that he was already thinking about retiring. ... show more

    • Really helped with my left knee's pain
I'm 32 and My knees were never the best to begin with, I'd played football as an offensive lineman, since I was 10 years old, pop warner through varsity. That I think messed up my knees but I was still able to work out, jog, go hiking etc... with no real issues, except some lasting minor pain and aches. About 5 months ago I wrenched the hell out of my left knee, by being stupid. Anyways, my doctor said I needed to let it rest and stay off it as much as possible and to wear a knee brace. It hurt to walk, go upstairs, sit with my knee bent. After a few months I was able to take the brace off and it didn't hurt to walk or sit down. However, walking up stairs there was always a twinge. I had stopped doing legs at the gym and stopped running as well. I would use the elliptical for cardio, since its very low impact. I finally got the go ahead from my doctor to do legs but to keep it light weight. So, I tried doing legs at the gym, my right is still strong as hell was able to do everything, but my left couldn't do anything without extreme pain, except leg curls. I like to do my legs individually so one leg doesn't compensate for the other legs weakness. As such leg extensions, leg press, toe raises, squats, even lunges all hurt like a SOB. Just doing any weight at the gym was agonizing so I stopped. I mean I couldn't even do standing lunges let alone walking. I could go jogging for a couple miles and my knee would hurt a little afterwards but it was fine. Some friends recommended this so I bought it at the OneStop Nutrition next to the gym. Well after I would say 3-4 weeks the pain started going away. I've been taking for 1.5-2 months now and my left knee is almost as good as new. I can finally do lunges, light squats, and just as much weight for extensions and leg press as my right leg can, with very little pain in my left leg. There is still pain during and after but it has almost gotten to be non-existent, I assume if I keep taking this it will go away completely and I hope so. As it is I am just glad the pain has gone away so much. Oh, and my right leg has no issues with anything anymore. Hopefully my left leg will soon be in the same boat. ... show more

As one enters their senior years many health related issues sometimes appear. Even though I still do intense workouts 6 days a week; nevertheless, I still sometimes have some painful joints. While browsing online I came across this product on Amazon for a great price (Now Supplement, Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM, joint health, mobility and comfort, 180 Veg. capsules) and purchased.     • This brand works well, is a trustworthy, older supplement company
I have been taking Glucosamine & Chondroitin for years. I take a few different kinds of supplements and find NOW to always be top-quality and they care about making sure their products are quality. I have some arthritis and take 2 of these twice daily and it knocks the pain and stiffness way down. When I got started, it took a month of daily use to notice a difference. I stopped for a couple weeks when I was out of town quite a bit, and the stiffness and pain came right back. Got back on schedule and it went back to copacetic. This is my personal experience.
