The planets look nice and the application was easy, but they do not glow at all. We applied them in the morning, then left the bedroom light on and the blinds open all day. By bedtime, one star had a barely discernible glow, but it quickly faded. No other stars or planets glowed. It's very good quality, everything glows extremely well. Make sure you clean the surface your placing it on and the one negative is how many small pieces come with it and they are tedious to put on but it's worth it. The final product is great and my 5 year old son loves it for his room.
