The directions say to leave the stickers exposed to light for 24 hours before use. My 3-year-old wouldn't let me wait 3 minutes before sticking them on the wall, so they had a solid 5 minutes of me using the flashlight on my phone to activate. They were faint, but visible. You really cannot see the individual colors as vibrantly as the pictures lead you to believe. My daughter loves them so much. Was supposed to be blue and 1049 stars with a cut out of earth. Got green, a greenish moon 2 sheets of paper with 36 stars between them both and then a bunch of green glow in the dark circles. Absolutely NOT worth $15!!!!!

They look amazing, the glow is only so-so, but the real issue is that the moons will not stick to the wall. The adhesive is extremely weak, and on top of that, they must have been rolled up at some point because they curl inward, so even when I used poster putty to stick them up, they STILL wouldn’t stay up because they curled to hard they still pulled away from the wall.
