This is my second pair of boots from this company (my others are a different style) and I am very satisfied with them! The quality of these boots is just as nice as my previous Dr. Scholls riding boot, which were $80, and they are stylish and comfortable. The fit on these boots is what I expected based on the other pair I have, but here are a couple things to note about fit: The shoe portion is a bit on the larger size (around a quarter to a half size bigger than most of my shoes), however, the fit on the calves is much smaller. I have what I consider normal calves (14.5 inches) and these were super tight at first. I could barely zip them up all the way with skinny jeans underneath. After a few wears, the fit around the calf has loosened a bit, but is still snug, which is why I'm going with 4 stars. Keep this in mind if you have larger calves. ... show more

I love these! I hate ordering shoes online because let’s face it, the sizes on shoes are never the same across the board. These are a bit larger, as I usually wear a 7 but they were out of my size. After reading reviews, I decided to try for a 6.5 and it fit perfect. I love the way they look, feel, and fit. Little loose in the ankles. Looks great with leggings and jeans. I have purchased this brand before. The price is nice. But the quality is a little bit to be desired. I bought a lighter tan-colored book last time. That pair stained easily. Hopefully this darker pair will fair a little better against stains. I love the ankle straps. I love that the zippers out the outside of the boots are covered to prevent snagging. Overall, an easy wear pair of boots. No, they are not the same quality as genuine leather, but... Good price. I ordered a 9.5 when I normally wear a 10 because the reviews said these run large. I also gave wider feet so I was taking a chance. They fit great! I wouldn't have wanted a larger or wider shoe. I do have regular width shoes also, I'm not a true wide, just slightly wider at my toes. (Think duck foot) these boots fit me perfectly! I hope they last a while. I won't be wearing them for work boots, I have an old pair of Durangos that I save for that. These are just shoes for wearing casually. I don't expect this boot to last forever but it is a good value for the money spent. This is my third pair, with one waiting in the box for when the second pair wears out. True to color, size. I am an 8 almost every time with shoes and boots and this fits as an 8 should. My foot is a little wide, with a high arch, and the 8 is fine. The brown fits a little better than the black, black being a little more narrow. Just a side note, yes they wear out when wearing outside in the snow and during spring when things are melting wet after several months of wear. The toe tip will become loosened from the boot, I wear these often and switch between the black and brown to and from work. ... show more

I'm not a fan of these shoes. They wear like stiff rain boots. I predict that they are more sturdy and will last longer than other boots at this price point, but they are not comfortable. This also includes that they have a sturdy zipper (I've come across a lot of boots at this level with emotional zippers). Compared to other boots at this price, they are difficult to walk in. I've bought boots that I can use all day and walk several miles comfortably. These are annoying just to get around at work. More annoying that wearing heels. Not good for large calves. These boots... for the price i paid for them... I honestly didnt think they would be made with such quality, when i opened up the box and saw them i was actually shocked, they look way better in person, the size was dead on (usualy never is) and they are actually made out of good quality materiel, they feel great on my feet, easy to use inserts with these boots as well (if you use them) i havent used any type of shoe protector spray with these boots yet and they still have been holding up to the elements. Over all very happy with this purchase, will definitely be buying from this seller again. Oh and the inside of these boots are lined so you dont have to worry about them being to thin, but also they arnt super thick either so they dont create a swaet box for your feet.
