The media could not be loaded. If you know how to set up a tank it'll be fine but if you don't it needs better instructions but everything works and it looks good it doesn't come with very many rocks like it says in the picture but it's okay not bad for the price

Product came packaged well. Setup was easy. Thin filter is just an alternative which is why it isnt in the setup video. Setup video helps to get everything up and going in about 10 minutes. I added a few extras I had from a previous tank and used my own gravel. The supplied rocks dont cover the bottom enough but I imagine most peoplenwould purchase their own gravel/color they want. Not worth 50 dollars, not even close. The air intake works, the "filter" doesn't. There is a structure that *should* be the filter, with filter material, and a pipe that should have water flowing. Nothing happens, and it is not shown nor discussed on the instructional video. This was a gift to my 94 year old grandmother. Now she can't enjoy it because it doesn't function. It's a travesty to charge this amount for a flimsy tank with poor instructions that doesn't function! I would like my money back. ... show more
