I’ve owned a Giro helmet for a long time, this is my 2nd. I like the simple adjustment to tighten it and the good air flow. I generally have only worn helmets when riding with others, but this one is comfy enough to wear on every ride.

This is a great helmet. I ride in Florida and in the summer when its hot (90+ degrees) the helmet is cool and I can hardly feel I have it on. The fit is perfect, it is light, and price is right. As far as protection, I have not yet had the opportunity to try it out (and I hope I never will), but I am sure it will give you more than adequate protection.
