I've had the chair for about two weeks now and I have no regrets. Customer service was great from the start - after I purchased the chair I asked a couple questions on the product page and customer service replied and answered my questions within an hour of posting them. When I contacted the company via private message to get an estimated ship date and location of where the chair would ship from (California) I received a tracking number and answer to my question in 23 minutes! The chair was very well packaged and even though there was some signs of it getting a little banged up in transit there was no damage to the chair. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and I had it fully assembled in under 30 minutes (assembled by myself). Might not sound like a big deal, but I appreciate the fact that it came with additional/spare hardware (very frustrating when hardware is missing or gets lost and I have to go to the hardware store to assemble something I just bought) - I wish more companies would do this, but many do not. I am 5'9" ~170lbs and have no concerns about quality / seems pretty solid and well made. Pros: -Looks way better than my old chair did -Super comfortable -Wide seat base (I sometimes like to sit cross legged / Indian style and I can very comfortably do that) -The wheels roll smooth and silently -The massage pillow is cool and stronger than expected -Padded arm rests are very nice -The arms move with the back when reclining - making it more comfortable / actually usable when reclining. -I like how the arms are attached at the base AND backrest - (I once broke the arm off a chair and fell on the floor while using the arms to help prop myself up / position myself / push myself back against the seat (Not all my weight on them, just light-moderate assistance in getting into the right position). I also sometimes use the arm rests to help get up/out of the chair and so I did not want a chair with arms attached only at the base as it has been my experience that they tend to break more easily - have fewer points to distribute weight and often break or at the very least start to wobble very quickly) Cons: -The only con I have is that I wish this chair had a rocking function, but I knew it did not when I bought it. I spent a long time researching chairs before deciding on this one and there was no perfect chair out there. Every chair was missing something that I wanted, (rocking function, had the wrong arm style, no massage pillow, no foot rest, no or little recline, or it just reviewed really badly / was cheap waist of money). Even though this doesn't have the rocking function that I wanted it was the best compromise suited to my wants/needs. It was fairly priced vs. other chairs on the market and the quality and customer service has been great so far. ... show more

Very nice, comfortable, sturdy, well made & stylish chair! Easy to assemble. Took my husband 15 minutes to put together. At 1st I was concerned the lumbar would be uncomfortable or in wrong position for our teen son. He is 16 years old & 5ft 9in tall. This chair is perfect fit/size for him. It's a 'Big & Tall' chair. Our kiddo is tall, being for big & tall it gives him plenty of room. This chair has a foot rest, reclining, and has up & down adjustment for height. It fits perfectly under his new computer desk, giving him lots of room when it's tucked away. (Bestier brand L shape design desk, this chair is very compatible with). He also uses this chair watching TV & playing on his gaming systems. Great buy, highly recommend & would buy again! This gaming/computer chair is made alot better than his old gaming chair, that had the built-in speaker function. Seat padding is thick well stitched & firm! His old chair the seat caved in after 6 months-1 years use. I can't recommend enough. Have not tried the vibration mode in the lumbar yet to review it. If looking for a great computer or working at home office chair for a fair & decent price, I wouldn't look farther. I think its a steal for the price.... Go on & buy it! Our son loves it & highly approves. He's a big gamer on many devices including his gaming computer. He is also a full time home schooled student. This chair gets lots of daily use.😊 ... show more

This is my first gaming chair, and I was so excited to find a pink and white one that fit all of my wants: armrests that went all of the way back, a footrest, great reviews, mostly white with pretty pink highlights, and detachable pillows. It was packaged nicely and fairly easy to put together considering my husband and I are terrible at furniture assembly. It took a moment to get used to but quickly became a comfortable chair. I can adjust the tilts easily, and the footrest extends as needed. I'm not a hardcore gamer where I've spent 12+ hours in the chair at once, but I have done 5+ hours without any issues. As for the cons, I do have a few. My biggest complaint is I've only had this chair for a month and a half, and the massage lumbar cushion has already had a strap rip completely off of the pillow (see picture). I'm going to need to figure out how to sew it back on and hopefully have it be where it's more secure than it originally was. Considering I don't lean back and lounge the entire time I'm in the chair, I'm highly disappointed at how quickly the strap tore off. Also, the massage in the cushion isn't anything to write home about. It's basically a semi-obnoxious vibration against your back. Secondly, the armrest was pushed against my black desk, and a line of black is now permanently on the armrest. I've tried to scrub it off to no avail. I know white chairs come with this risk, but I was able to wipe normal dirt off the cushion easily. I'm stuck with the two black lines on the armrest, and now I put a blanket over them to prevent this issue from happening again. Finally, the footrest... While it is comfortable to use, it's a bit annoying to pull it out from below. You have to grip and pull it just right or else it doesn't budge. Overall, I'm giving it 4/5 stars because while I do recommend this chair, some of the quality could be improved, particularly the cushions with straps. If they're meant to withstand gaming use, they shouldn't be tearing off with what I would consider mild use in only a month and a half. ... show more

Great chair! Was very easy to assemble and it's super comfortable. I've been using for about a month now. I work from home so I'm sitting about 8-9 hours a day and it's held up well. Love the footrest on this chair. I like that you can leave the back "unlocked" so you can lean back when wanted. Chair back pops back up into place easily when not leaning back. Massage pillow is okay-ish, and not the most convenient to be able to install a battery pack, but I can live without the massage pillow on. However, it is very comfy on the back as a pillow and the head pillow is comfy too. Overall 5 stars!! Great chair! ... show more
