Originally I thought this razor would cut too close and cause razor bumps. It doesn't. It close enough to look clean shaven but not close enough to cause bumps. It's a perfect replacemnet for my long time Bump Fighter razor that got discontinued.

I am 92 years old . I have been shaving Since I was 15 started with my dads old GEM single edge razor. got 1 shave per blade. Moved to gillette. After many years Finally upgraded to this one. BEST move of my life,smoothest most nick free of all razors. Final note ... GO YANKEES from a Brooklyn guy.
