I have been using Gillette products since my teens, and I am sticking with them. This razor is the greatest, with a strong micro pulse, that makes your shaving experience a pleasant one, and tackles my tough stubbles. I am currently 68 years old, and started shaving, early, at the age of 13. My mother bought my shaving supplies at that time, and she chose Gillette. Soon after my 14th birthday, I began making my own selection of shaving gear, and I stayed with GIllette. I have had a few times, where I tried other shaving products, and each time, I was completely disappointed, and concluded that I was already using the best, so why try anything else?? This micro-pulsing razor is very strong, helping to cut your stubbles, with ease. I haven't always used the micro-pulse razor, as they didn't come out until much later, but it is a great razor. It uses a AAA battery, which only needs changed about every 2-3 months. Great, clean, baby bottom smooth shave, each and every time. Gillette's blades last a lot long, too!! I have sensitive skin and a very hard to shave face, but I've been using The power series of the Gillette razors since they first came out. These newer fusion ones are even better. Not only do I believe the vibration helps with a better shave it also helps when your rinsing the blade. There really is no generic substitution for this. The blades are expensive but worth it and if you clean them afterwards and dry them they last a lot longer. ... show more

I’ve forever been a die hard Mach 3 turbo user and the first iteration of the fusion just did not do the job. This version however holy guacashaveme! The razor is superior and they dialed up the vibration on this bad boy. It sucks to your face like a Hoover to provide the perfect glide angle for getting as close a shave as a freshly popped baby’s but out the womb! I’m convinced this is the lifetime razor iteration so much that I bought 3 more of these and multiple refills to sustain me through the next decade. Well this really hit my heart this morning my late husband loved to use this razor Gillette was one of his most favorite brands it got the job done & he would look so handsome clean neat shave no cuts or pimples nor rash .
