Solid item, really well made and organized but the tools that come with it make it so much harder to put together. Use your own adjustable wrench or something for it to go faster. No stars docked for that though. It could have taken me an hour to put together if I had the extra tools with me to do it, but it took 2 hours by myself with the crappy tools (and I put it together alone but you will need a second set of hands to add the hoop and backboard)! I bought it for my niece who has a lot of energy.It’s well-made and was pretty easy to assemble.Even my niece is 12 years old buildup by herself (took about an hour).It’s lightweight enough to move if needed.The scoreboard is reliable and accurate.instructions are simple to follow and overall assembly went as planned.Overall the game has been fun and enjoyed by everyone who has played it. It definitely looks exactly like the picture but it took forever to set up & the instructions weren’t as clear as it could be. It took about 3 people & 2 days to set it up. Our family all loves shooting hoops, and this time, we finally bought the basketball arcade game we've been eyeing for so long! We couldn't wait to install it as soon as it arrived. Since the basketball stand looked simple, we thought it would be a quick setup. However, it took us from dawn till dusk. The installation took over 4 hours in total, and in the end, it required two people to install together. But it was still worth it. The backboard and goals are great But frame needs to be stronger. My frame bent to easy trying to reach for the basketballs. Not bad for the price for a 8-13 year old. Not really for adults.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased an arcade basketball set from Amazon at the end of June, and I am extremely disappointed with its durability. After only two months of use, it has already become unusable due to multiple malfunctions. Firstly, upon arrival, I noticed that the backboard was already broken. This was disheartening as I had high hopes for the product. Nevertheless, I decided to assemble it and give it a try, hoping that the broken backboard wouldn't affect the overall performance. Unfortunately, my hopes were quickly shattered. Just a couple of weeks into using the arcade basketball set, the legs started to show signs of weakness. Eventually, they completely broke, rendering the entire set useless. It is frustrating to have spent my hard-earned money on a product that couldn't even last for a few months. To address these issues, I promptly reached out to the customer service department, hoping for a solution or some form of assistance. However, despite my attempts to contact them, I never received any response. The lack of communication has only added to my frustration and disappointment. Considering the poor quality and lack of support from customer service, I cannot recommend this arcade basketball set to anyone.
