Ghost Beds sent us new motor and a free pillow for the inconvenience. Back to working!!Once we got contact they sent items fast!! Thank You!! Loved the bed and frame at first-then less than a year old and The foot massager stops working correctly! The massaging really seems to help me get relaxed so I fall sleep faster-Not now! Been trying since Dec.6 to get something resolved with GhostBeds -they wanted info on bed and pictures. Sent them the registration information (that they should have already had) and pictures. Still waiting on them to tell me what they are going to do. We had already ordered another bed for our son as a Christmas present before ours stopped working. Get his out of the box and the head massager strap is broken and contacted Amazon-the only thing they can do is start a refund for a return!! Contacted Ghost Beds and they haven't contacted us with a fix yet either. Will update IF and when we get anything resolved-but as now we do NOT recommend anyone buy a ghostbed -cheaper to just get a regular bed cause that is all this turned out to be. ... show more

    • Preset position quick working.
Size: Split King
We bought this bed and after 4 months of use one of the beds (split king) quit working when you want to go to the "reading" position. This was the favorite preset position as it raised you head and feet. Now when you press the "reading" position on the remote the bed just goes to the "flat" position. We switched remotes and also unplugged the bed and it did not solve the problem. Our concern is that the bed will just quit working altogether and then we will have a very expensive bedframe that remains stationary. We contacted the manufactuer and will update when we get a response. Hopefully they stand behind their product, but we will see. ... show more

    • Feel like a fool who was scammed

It’s not a bad bed. Too firm for me so had to purchase a 3in memory foam topper to alleviate the pain when sleeping on my side. My complaint is the price dropped by almost 1k a couple days after I purchased. When I inquired about it, the reply from Ghostbed was it can’t be returned due to buyers remorse. No acknowledgement for the huge price decease. My bad for not looking into the company more as well as their return policy. Once I did I found several complaints about the company. Recommend anyone looking to buy this bed check Better Business Bureau. Don’t spend more than 2500k for split king adjustable. ... show more

I will update as the situation goes on. Ordered the split king and they came as expected as far as the shipping times. The mattresses were fine, will update once we sleep on it. The adjustable bases are shipped in flimsy cardboard. At 100 lbs a piece I expected more. Several puncture holes in cardboard which resulted in tears in the adj frame material, and one corner bent over. I have reached out to the company and will see what they have to say. We have only opened one of them so far and they work fine but their appearance is to be desired for the money paid for these items. UPDATE - be aware Only orders placed directly from GhostBed include our 101-Night Sleep Trial. Orders placed through Amazon follow the standard Amazon 30-day return policy. I ordered the split king with the 2 twin power bases however , one of the power bases was lost in shipping. After contacting the Ghost bed company they immediately shipped another one. We received it the next day. I understand how this could happen during the holidays but they certainly didn’t have to send another one. They could have told us to wait for the other to arrive. But they didn’t. We received our other power base and have slept several nights on our new bed! It is wonderful, we love it!! They have the best customer service. You have made a customer for life and I will certainly recommend your company to all my friends and family! Thank you so much. ... show more

    • Bed 3 months later still giving off lots of gas/smell

Bought this because my wife pregnant and so far she cant even sleep on it 3 months later because the bed smells so bad. We have a balcony in our BR and we left it airing out for days spayed it with lysol fabreeze washed the mattress cases and jumped on it to maybe squeeze the smell out. AND IT STILL STINKS months later. Had a memory foam (cheaper brand) before and nothing close to this issue. Definitely cant recommend this to anyone. Only thing that doesnt make me feel bad is got it relatively cheap on amazon compared to competing prices/brands. Hopefully the smell goes away fully... ... show more
