I love that it takes 8 seconds to warm up. Just 8 seconds! Also my hair does not get snagged and the curls last long. It doesn't seem like my hair gets fried like the other irons that are fully metal. Totally recommend this curling iron. It was recommended to me by my hair stylist.

However it’s fragile and I’ve already had to replace twice because it snapped in half when dropped on the floor by accident. I bought this curling iron to do my hair for a wedding I was a bridesmaid in. It curled my hair, but the curls all basically fell out by the time I got to the wedding location not even an hour later. I had to completely redo my hair with my friend’s T3 wand which was amazing and my hair held the curls for days afterwards. I would imagine that the problem with this curling iron is that it doesn’t get hot enough (less than 400) and you cannot adjust the temperature. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for me. I have had 2 of these now and they quit working after only a few months each time. I love this product and would say it works better than all that I have tried but too expensive to keep replacing.
