However it’s fragile and I’ve already had to replace twice because it snapped in half when dropped on the floor by accident. My cousin talked me into buying one of these. Shes a hairdresser. Its an understatement to say she is a master of her trade. When she curls my hair with this iron, it genuinely comes out incredible. Beautiful, voluminous curls that last for days. She doesn't even use hairspray, just texture spray. When used right, this curling iron really gives you unique curls. I bought one for myself and honestly, if I had no idea what this iron was really capable of, I would say this is an overpriced POS. Its not- but I genuinely can't get the hang of it. I tried. The curls wont hold longer than 5 minutes. Couldn't figure out the right technique. Couldn't stop burning myself. I tried a few youtube videos. I think ill just stick with my $40 wand that burns the crap out of my hair. I look forward to the next time my cousin curls my hair with this iron, but I am all set with using it on my own. ... show more
