However it’s fragile and I’ve already had to replace twice because it snapped in half when dropped on the floor by accident. I bought this curling iron to do my hair for a wedding I was a bridesmaid in. It curled my hair, but the curls all basically fell out by the time I got to the wedding location not even an hour later. I had to completely redo my hair with my friend’s T3 wand which was amazing and my hair held the curls for days afterwards. I would imagine that the problem with this curling iron is that it doesn’t get hot enough (less than 400) and you cannot adjust the temperature. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for me. My cousin talked me into buying one of these. Shes a hairdresser. Its an understatement to say she is a master of her trade. When she curls my hair with this iron, it genuinely comes out incredible. Beautiful, voluminous curls that last for days. She doesn't even use hairspray, just texture spray. When used right, this curling iron really gives you unique curls. I bought one for myself and honestly, if I had no idea what this iron was really capable of, I would say this is an overpriced POS. Its not- but I genuinely can't get the hang of it. I tried. The curls wont hold longer than 5 minutes. Couldn't figure out the right technique. Couldn't stop burning myself. I tried a few youtube videos. I think ill just stick with my $40 wand that burns the crap out of my hair. I look forward to the next time my cousin curls my hair with this iron, but I am all set with using it on my own. ... show more
