Like many parents busy taking their kids to school, practice, etc after working full time, I don't have a lot of time to shop at sports stores for individual items. This is a complete kit and all you will need for your kids to agility train on their own. They take an iPad outside and set up the training site with this kit. It keeps them busy training in the days they don't have practice. I coach several youth soccer teams and have tried a few of these out. This one is pretty solid. The length of it is longer than most I've had my younger teams run through, but it works well. The stakes it comes with are a great addition too--although our main fields are turf so I don't use them there. The case and everything that comes with it are also good quality and seem like they'll all hold up for at least a few seasons of regular use! Good value, good item! ... show more

This is a great set and was excited when it showed. There are many uses for this set and I was excited to have something that crosses over for conditioning for multiple sports, not only soccer as this one indicates. The reason it states soccer is because of the additional items that are included. I like the kick trainer as an option. We are not soccer players so I may give this to a friend who does, but nice addition. I appreciate sets that have the ladder and have the cones. When you start to use a product like this you want to do more and sequence things together which is why a ladder and cones in a set are fantastic. I have another set of these items that I plan to use both at the same time for extra conditioning. I appreciated the advertising saying that the rungs are tough, but have never had issues with them in the past. What I do worry about and may sound silly but it matters is the fact that as I was pulling everything out of the back I started to hesitate (I did not unwrap the kick trainer for example) because I do not see this set going back into the bag easily. My other set has a bag that is a little bit bigger with additional room to throw things in an organize later. I got this set for pickleball practice, and it works great. At the beginning of every practice, I like to spend about 15 minutes on agility training, and the ladder is such a useful tool for that. I can do 3-4 drills with that alone. The spacing is just right for fast feet. The cones are perfect for doing target practice, because the opening is just wide enough to hold a pickleball. We aim for the cones, and if we can hit the ball off the cone, it's a point during practice. The bag that the whole set comes in is well made and has a separate mesh compartment on the outside to hold the cones, so they don't get warped inside with the ladder. ... show more

This is a great package for youth soccer coaches or for those training at home. The ladder is a great size and each step is adjustable so you can mix it up. It comes with an instruction sheet with various drills which is very helpful. I would recommend putting the velcro storage strap around one of the steps while in use so it doesn't get lost. The ladder is very easy to clean up/pack away again. It's a big plus that they included the orange cones. As a youth soccer coach, they are one of the items I use the most at practice. The waist belt is a wonderful way for kids to learn foot placement and control - and it's something they will enjoy using. Make sure you put in tight around the ball so it doesn't slip out. I found all the items included very helpful to include in my workouts. The agility ladder is great as you can make it shorter or longer depending on your level and increase the length as you progress. A guideline of workouts are provided which may be helpful for beginners or extra ideas to change up a workout. The small cones are great as you can place them in many different locations giving your workout even more of a change. The volleyball accessory works great for my son who plays volleyball and allows him to practice at home by himself. The strong grip of the velcro straps will keep the ball very secure. The bag provided is very helpful to keep all items contained and neatly put away or easy to use when traveling. I recommend this product for anyone who wants to change up their workouts or needs a boost on the go. ... show more
