This is a great espresso machine! Makes great tasting lattes. The grind on the beans is key or your shots will fail. The only issue is the grinder. It takes some time to get use to the grinder. Don’t start too fine or it will jam up the grinder. Then you have to do a thorough cleaning before it will work again. Different beans require different settings. It take patience. But when you get it’s great. Took us about a week of frustration to get both machines to work well. But, we got it now and we love it! Bought as used. Only issue was no manual and right button stencil worn off. Machine easy enough to navigate without manual. The worn stencil implies it was more used then I expected. Machine works well producing a nice espresso. Customer was very good.     • Gavi Coffee Grinder: for better tasting coffee!

I recently switched to whole bean coffee and so I bought this to grind my own fresh coffee. It is easy to use and grinds very well. However although it comes with a little cleaning brush it takes a little bit of time to clean it. So just rinse (don't submerge it) it quickly in running water.

I really like the quality of espresso shots the machine makes, it was the whole reason I upgraded from my last machine. My biggest issue is the machine thinking it needs water even though the tank is full and it won't run until you give it a few minutes for the machine to realize there's water.
