  • Awesome read!
This book is a brilliant and comprehensive guidebook on creating an A-list Airbnb profile. What I liked most is that it has an in-depth explanation from an economic perspective, taking the reader step-by-step from the beginning all the way to establish a profitable listing. It explained so well and practical in setting up an optimal pricing according to varies time. They also cleared many doubts or worries about properties safely issues which particularly useful for those who are planning to host on AIrbnb. Together with the story of the author, this book is not simply an economic guidebook, it is a real life inspiring story about taking a leap in the pursuit of ultimate freedom which the author most desired. It is always been a tough choice in life between letting go comforts or facing the unknown in order to achieve a passionated life. The courage he did put it into action as well as his enthusiasm on achieving the most are really something worth to admire. It absolutely gives colours to this book. No matter it is a well-established host or a completely newbie to AIrbnb, this is definitely the one to go! I enjoyed reading it very much and will recommend for people who strive on living a passionate life! Wishing this first book a huge success and look forward to more publications to come. “All the world is made of faith, and trust, and pixie dust” J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan ... show more

  • $300 Extra Every Week...Yes Please
I can't say enough good things about this book. It has absolutely everything you need to know about renting out your place on Airbnb. It walks you step by step on how to maximize your profits with your listing and not only explains what you need to do, but why you need to do it, which is essential for a newbie like me. This book actually came along at the perfect time for me, because I was looking to rent out my place on Treasure Island in San Francisco. I wasn't exactly sure how to go about it or what to do, but Get Paid for Your Pad put my concerns at ease. I just followed the clear and pointed instructions from the book, and next thing you know my place is generating extra money for me on the side. I was able to generate $300 in extra cash flow in the first week of listing on Airbnb, so everything this book contains really is quite amazing and powerful. And it works! I highly recommend Get Paid for Your Pad to anyone looking to get into the Airbnb market. I'm so glad I bought it, or my extra room would still be sitting there generating precisely zero. Thanks so much. ... show more

  • An excellent book that manages to be both insightful and helpful on virtually every page.
You can safely skip the first ~20 pages if the story behind the book is less appealing, or you’d simply rather get down to business. Get Paid For Your Pad is a step-by-step introduction to the world of renting our your space on AirBnB. It certainly isn’t rocket science, and a few hours of messing around on the site would make your listing serviceable. Hearing the best practices from someone that’s made 6 figures on the site, however, is worth the time to read and set things up correctly. The authors correctly note the processes into making a listing work – not just the online listing, but the offline components of making a guest’s stay as perfect as possible. A number of clever hacks and tricks lit up the ‘I hadn’t thought of that’ light bulb, and it’s clear the step-by-step design has been well thought out. It’s well-formatted with bullet points and a number of colorful action / ‘do-this-now’ type boxes. It was published in August 2014, and the advice will stay relevant for years to come. ... show more

  • hmmm
This is a good read and very helpful. But it feels like it was written by the AirBNB marketing team.

  • Perfect AirBnB Business Plan
"Get Paid For Your Pad" is an easy read. It's very insightful as to who, what, when, where, and how to manage your own AirBnB rental. The book is written in such a way that your concerns and ideas are answered plus additional information is mentioned that you may not have thought of. I plan on purchasing my first property very soon. What I thought might be my first private live in home, has now become more of an AirBnB rental idea, where it can still be my live in home but with guests in mind. "Get Paid For Your Pad" is the best manual for your AirBnB venture and is structured similar to a business plan. You can't go wrong using this inspiring book as a reference guide to renting out your property! ... show more

  • Buy this book now!!!!!
I've been in the airbnb game for a few years now and I've read all the books on this subject out there, most of them can be summed up in one word - useless!! This book is different though, this book truly is a game changer, no theory, no BS, no fluff, just straight up solid advice! Being an avid listener of Jasper and Huzefas podcasts (which are excellent by the way - well worth a listen) I had high expectations before reading this book and I'm glad to say that these expectations were smashed out of the water (which is kind of unusual for me). I can see why this book is a number one best seller in its class. It is packed full of super useful actionable step by step guides and real life case studies. Since reading this book and following the advice outlined therein, I've been booked solid and getting consistently amazing reviews. I cannot praise this book enough so stop reading this review and go buy it already!! ... show more

  • My favorite book on setting up an Airbnb
I purchased the Kindle version of Get Paid for Your Pad in 2014 along with a few other books about Airbnb and this has become my favorite go-to reference for myself and my partner in our own property/listing. It is also the one that I recommend to new hosts as a great starting point as it is well structured and easy to read. As well as covering the nuts and bolts of setting up an Airbnb and the benefits of doing so, the author also relates his own personal journey from stressed-out employee to fulfilled world traveler and how hosting on Airbnb has provided the means for him to make this transition. Whether you're already a host, new to hosting or just plain curious about Airbnb and what it could offer you, I would recommend this as a great resource that you will dip into and benefit from time and again. ... show more
