The helmet itself seems to be of good quality, it says DOT approved not sure how true that is, the only complaint that I have is that part of the strap is glued instead of sewn as you can see in the picture, I would recommend having it sewn tight!!! I just purchased this helmet about 3 weeks ago and boy am I glad because I t-boned a deer flipped off my bike and smacked the pavement rolling quite a good ways and had no head injuries whatsoever. Great quality helmet and will purchase again soon

Love the product! But needs more padding inside. I purchased one skull helmet German looking, but didn’t realize it wasn’t DoT protected. Didn’t know they could sell such products without DOT Protection. I did reorder a bigger size X-Large.
