The media could not be loaded. We purchased the Grinch for our daughter who loves anything Grinch related. Saw one similar to this one at Home Depot. I wasn't impressed with him and hoped the one we bought would look a little better. Well…..we were both happy when we got him out of the box. Much better quality. It was a bit difficult getting his suit up over his arms but eventually we did and he is sooooo cute !!!!! Our daughter loves it ( we gave him to her as an early Christmas gift) and she said it’s the best gift she ever got !! For his size the price was point on. Love his movements and expressions.     • Terrible design. Cheap parts. Shame on everyone involved.
I ended up returning it. It was used, but this rating is NOT on that aspect or why I returned it. I did not reorder it, because, it is expensive and the quality is totally opposite. It is flimsy, bad design, bad parts, no instructions how to assemble it (even looking online). Expensive does not equate to quality or longevity. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Product was delivered sooner than expected. The plug was broken but company offered to refund me. I just ordered another plug off Amazon and kept the Grinch . No issues other than the broken plug. He works great
