We purchased this as a gift for someone who wanted one of these as a pick me up. The fish we received was in original packaging but definitely seemed like it was used or refurbished as some of the nails were worn. The fish also made a horrible noise when it flapped so we ended up having to take it apart ourselves and fix the issue. Once that was fixed, the fish did work as advertised and sang the original version of “Don’t worry be happy” as well as a remix of “I will survive”. We would not purchase this again as the product looked a little worn and we had to open it up to fix a motor. ... show more

The head of the fish is supposed to turn and look at you at high points in the song. We used to have one of the original ones and it was a big hit with the little kids at Christmas. It was destroyed in a fire and I ordered a new one. This one sort of moved its tail a bit pathetically and randomly. Such a disappointment! We returned it. ... show more

The product delivered on time, however the product description listed is not the product I got. I ordered this because I wanted the song "Dont worry be happy". The description stated this fish had 2 songs: Dont Worry Be Happy and I Will Survive. In fact, the fish I received only has 1 song "I will Survive". If you only want the one song, then this would be fine. ... show more

I got this for my little brother who absolutely loves it. This was the most afordable singing fish that seemed nice. The box the fish was in was damaged some but nothing too bad. The singing fish was undamaged and still had the plastic film over the sensor.

If you want something that will at first shock your friends, then make them laugh, then the Big Mouth Billy Bass is for you. I had this years ago, bought from a local Cracker Barrel, and after my first one was damaged, I didn't see another one for years. I found it again recently on Amazon, and it's just as funny and entertaining now as it was then. The best way to get your friends is to hang it up somewhere they go, and turn on the motion sensor. It'll start up on its own. I tried it with my neighbors, and as soon as it started flapping its tail they jumped a mile! This is a great product, and simple to operate. ... show more

If you're looking to frustrate the crap (literally) out of your family and friends....this is for you. It's a newer model so if you're looking for one similar to the one in Wall-E, you will be disappointed. But it sings great, motion sensor is divine, and moves fabulously. And it's nice and loud.
